Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ron Stones (ranked 4711 p4p, 4784 weight class) and Le Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Le Storm is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ron Stones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Le Storm! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stones rushes Storm and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Storm wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Stones tries to land a knee to the head but Storm blocks with his arms.

Stones is struggling to control the position. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Stones. Storm is trying to push Stones away but Stones has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Stones stalling the fight.

It looks like Le Storm has been cut. Stones drops Storm with a big knee straight up the middle! Storm is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Storm scores with a one two! Stones had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Storm goes for a double leg but Stones avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Stones continues to drive forward. Stones tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Storm paws at him with a jab and circles away. Stones pushes Storm up against the cage in a clinch. Stones is stalling here.
Stones has Storm pressed against the cage, preventing Storm from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Stones takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Stones taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Stones seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Stones. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Storm's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Stones obliges. Stones pressing his opponent against the cage. Stones lands a left hand.

That has opened up Le Storm's cut even more.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Stones. The referee is keeping an eye on Stones - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Stones tries to close the distance and clinch up but Storm swats him away and circles back towards the center. A nice side step and Storm releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Stones clinches with his opponent.
Stones putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Storm in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Stones landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Stones lands an elbow inside that Storm shrugs off.
The cut above Le Storm's eye is starting to cause him problems now. A short left from Stones.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stones using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Storm has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Storm has had enough of the clinch but Stones keeps him there for the moment. Stones tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Storm's elbow. Stones lands with a left to the head. Stones digs a right hand underneath Storm's ribcage. Storm let out a lung full of air as it connected. Stones lands a damaging elbow.
Le Storm's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stones lands a hook that snaps the head of Storm backwards.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Le Storm's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Ron Stones!
