Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Enoch Overstreet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gordon Ariitaia!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Alyssa Summers and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overstreet lands an overhand right.
Overstreet connects with an inside leg kick.
Ariitaia dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Overstreet closes the distance looking to clinch
and Ariitaia counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Overstreet lands with a kick to the temple. Ariitaia shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Ariitaia lands a right hook to the body.
Ariitaia bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Ariitaia swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ariitaia is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Overstreet.
Ariitaia throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ariitaia scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Overstreet takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Overstreet takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Overstreet tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Ariitaia avoids it.

Overstreet is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ariitaia wants to control but Overstreet is keeping busy.
Ariitaia keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nice strikes from Overstreet there.
Ariitaia really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Overstreet. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Overstreet is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Ariitaia has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Overstreet is working away from the top position though.
Overstreet is trying to control the action in half guard but Ariitaia is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Ariitaia keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Overstreet winds up and cracks Ariitaia with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Overstreet lands a nice short elbow.
Overstreet has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Overstreet in particular looking to stall.
Ariitaia is looking for a sweep. Overstreet is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ariitaia can do anything to dispel that myth.
Overstreet working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Ariitaia is rocked!
Overstreet is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Ariitaia!
Ariitaia is desperately trying to improve his position but Overstreet has a good base and remains in mount.
Ariitaia wants to control but Overstreet is having none of it.
Ariitaia really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Overstreet breaks from Ariitaia's wrist control and lands an elbow.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Enoch Overstreet dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Ariitaia looks up at the clock. Bad move! Overstreet lands a right hand from hell, dropping Ariitaia. Overstreet pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Enoch Overstreet!
A relieved looking Enoch Overstreet thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
