Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim Bob McDonald (ranked 193 p4p, 714 weight class) and Keone Kapisi (ranked 7 p4p, 20 weight class). McDonald comes to the cage accompanied by Ray Wylie Hubbard - Redneck Mother. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 37 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jim Bob McDonald!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 21 - 0, fighting out of London, Keone Kapisi!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kapisi throws a body punch but McDonald moves out of range.

Kapisi's coach down at LET Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kapisi's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

McDonald cracks Kapisi with an uppercut from hell and Kapisi crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of McDonald's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

McDonald gets to his feet and stands over Kapisi, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Kapisi felt that one! McDonald unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Kapisi from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jim Bob McDonald!
