Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Wills (ranked 2690 p4p, 2297 weight class) and Erick Scantling (ranked 91 p4p, 74 weight class). Wills comes to the cage accompanied by I don't fault the police by Corporate Avenger . Erick Scantling will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Matt Wills! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Erick Scantling! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scantling sizes up Wills with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. A shot to the liver by Scantling. Beautiful body shot. Scantling swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wills counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Wills thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Scantling's head. Wills is working for a kimura but Scantling is defending it quite comfortably.
Wills missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Wills thows a huge punch but Scantling dodges it nicely.
Wills slows the pace down in half guard. Wills is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Scantling doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wills. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wills sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Scantling defending well though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wills wants to work for an arm triangle but Scantling is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Scantling can do anything to dispel that myth. Wills is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Scantling is refusing to be controlled, as Wills sits in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Wills connects with a nice short shot to Scantling's temple. Wills thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Wills has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Wills is trying for a kimura here. Scantling looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Wills wins by kimura!
