Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chance Happens (ranked 24189 p4p, 4758 weight class) and Diego Sandoval (ranked 0 p4p, 584 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Chance Happens has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Chance Happens seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chance Happens!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Diego Sandoval!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Bruno Lombardi and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Happens goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Diego Sandoval has been cut.
A jab lands there for Happens.
Sandoval shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Happens as he jumps to the side.
Happens is looking for a counter combo.
Sandoval scores with a head kick.
Happens tries to keep at a distance but Sandoval has taken the fight into the clinch.
Happens is trying to break the clinch but Sandoval has him pressed against the cage.
Sandoval pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Happens shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Happens misses with the combination.
Sandoval unleashes a big counter combination but Happens bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Happens keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Sandoval.

enabling Happens to counter with a crisp jab.
Chance Happens has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Sandoval.
Happens feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sandovals jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Sandoval tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Happens counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Sandoval darts in looking for a takedown but Happens gets double underhooks and turns Sandoval into the cage.

and Happens counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sandoval shoots in but Happens avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Sandoval fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Happens manages to avoid it.
Sandoval has his takedown stuffed
and Happens counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Sandoval looks winded!
Happens looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Happens lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sandoval shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Happens as he avoids it easily.
Happens dodges the punch combination from Sandoval.
Sandoval misses with a series of wild punches.
As Sandoval looks to move away, Happens throws a big counter combo but Sandoval just gets out of the way.
Sandoval closes the distance and clinches up with Happens, looking for a takedown. Sandoval pushes Happens against the cage but Happens circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Happens paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Sandoval throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
It looked like Happens was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Sandoval's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Happens connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sandoval scrambles back to his feet.
Sandoval is rocked!
Happens tries for a takedown but Sandoval sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Happens lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Sandoval backs up against the cage.
Sandoval is still on wobbly legs! Can Happens finish him?
Happens lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Sandoval falls backwards - clearly groggy! Happens dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chance Happens!
