Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Island Boy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Thomas Isle!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Bart Greer and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Isle takes the fight into the clinch.
Isle tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Isle working aggressively here.
Boy throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Isle blocks it with crossed arms.
Isle wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Boy has him pressed against the cage.
Boy tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Isle looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Boy landing knees to the head.
It looks like Thomas Isle has been cut.
Isle softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
It looks like Island Boy has been cut.
Isle breaks the clinch.
Isle lands a right hook to the body.
Isle misses with a hook
and Boy counters with a nice right hand that sends Isle toppling to the canvas! Isle scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Boy finish him?!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
BOOM! Boy lands a beautiful left hook that drops Isle. Isle tries to recover but Boy is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Isle lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Island Boy!
Our winner, Island Boy, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
