PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Huran Silent (ranked 4654 p4p, 4658 weight class) and Tyson Bungaloid (ranked 269 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Huran Silent!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tyson Bungaloid!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Illya Tyunina and Konstantin Menshow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bungaloid misses with an uppercut.
Bungaloid tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Silent is looking to counter punch.
Silent cracks Bungaloid with an open hand slap.
Bungaloid takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Bungaloid wants to clinch up but Silent keeps it at a distance.
Silent cracks a nice hook into Bungaloid's ribs.
Silent throws a predictable looking body shot

and Bungaloid counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Bungaloid trying to control but Silent is working from the bottom.
Bungaloid postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Silent keeping moving, preventing Bungaloid from controlling successfully.
Bungaloid postures up and lands a big shot to Silent's brow.

Bungaloid drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bungaloid jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bungaloid throws a big right hand that misses.

Bungaloid stands up and waves to Silent to follow him.
Bungaloid throws a jab but it's blocked by Silent.
The fighters circling - Silent throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Silent stuffs the takedown attempt from Bungaloid. Bungaloid gets slowly back to his feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Bungaloid throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silent's waist but Silent gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bungaloid off to one side.
Silent lunges at Bungaloid with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bungaloid's hand.
Silent throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bungaloid is looking to clinch.
Bungaloid shoots in looking for a takedown but Silent manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bungaloid's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Huran Silent has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyson Bungaloid.
Silent connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Bungaloid fails in his attempt to clinch.
A little feinted left hand from Silent on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Bungaloid takes one to the chin there.
Bungaloid swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Silent thuds a left hand into Bungaloid's body.
Bungaloid looks winded!
Silent scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Silent drops Bungaloid with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Bungaloid looks back up at him and smiles so Silent waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Bungaloid is rocked!
Silent flashes Bungaloid a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Bungaloid's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Bungaloid crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Silent punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
