Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scott Armstrong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kamil Jaworski!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paulsen Ambrosius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armstrong throws a right and a left that Jaworski avoids nicely.
Armstrong displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jaworski.
As Jaworski looks to move away, Armstrong throws a big counter combo but Jaworski just gets out of the way.
Armstrong tries to keep at a distance but Jaworski has taken the fight into the clinch.
Jaworski lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Armstrong backwards.
Jaworski is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Armstrong pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Jaworski lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Armstrong throws a punch but it's blocked by Jaworski.
Jaworski can't get the takedown.
Scott Armstrong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kamil Jaworski.
Armstrong is pressed up against the cage. Jaworski has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Armstrong down to the mat. Armstrong avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jaworski misses with a takedown attempt - Armstrong sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A counter left hand to the body from Armstrong misses its target.
Jaworski doesn't manage to clinch there - Armstrong circles away.
Armstrong was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Kamil Jaworski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jaworski shoots in for a takedown but Armstrong shows good takedown defense.

Armstrong jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jaworski is defended easily by Armstrong.
Jaworski looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Armstrong lunges at Jaworski with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Jaworski's hand.
Jaworski shoots in looking for a takedown. Armstrong tries to sprawl out of it but Jaworski keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Armstrong manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Armstrong looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Armstrong works over Jaworski's head and body with a nice combination.
Armstrong fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jaworski shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Armstrong counters with a stiff right hand.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Armstrong dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Armstrong lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jaworski backs up against the cage.
Jaworski is rocked!
Jaworski walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Jaworski limp body while Armstrong jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Scott Armstrong!
