Hode's entrance music is Arkansas Razorback Fight Song. A fine choice. Budgell is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Im to sexy!!!!. Scott Hode has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hode throws a jab when Budgell was well out of range.
Budgell fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Nice takedown defense from Hode. No joy for Budgell on that attempt.
Hode loads up on a big right hand but Budgell slips the punch.
Budgell tries for a takedown but Hode sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Scott Hode has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Budgell.
Budgell will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Budgell fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Budgell looks gassed!
Hode connects with a single shot there.
It looks like Adam Budgell has been cut.
Hode fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Budgell to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Budgell looks to clinch but Hode throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Budgell taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
