The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a right and a left that Kovaci avoids nicely.
Smith tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Smith has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Monkey Business in the buildup to the fight.
Smith pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kovaci blocks a head kick by Smith.
Kovaci avoids the body shot from Smith.
Smith pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Smith throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kovaci looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
