Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jeff Cooper!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Okon Omoh!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Omoh cracks Cooper with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
It looks like Jeff Cooper has been cut.
Omoh connects with a body shot that sends Cooper's belly button to the back.
Cooper on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Cooper tries to clinch there but Omoh circles away.
Cooper takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Cooper gets a clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Omoh takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Cooper drops down looking for an ankle pick but Omoh pulls his leg out and moves away.
Cooper clinches with his opponent.
Cooper has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Omoh clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Omoh looking very determined here, making life difficult for Cooper.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Omoh has hold of Cooper's arm. He needs to escape this position sooner or later but for now he's happy enough to control the position and prevent the submission attempts.
Cooper working for a choke but Omoh is defending well.

Cooper is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Omoh knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Omoh for a finish.

Cooper looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Omoh really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cooper. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cooper thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.
