Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Reuben Kennedy (ranked 2016 p4p, 2051 weight class) and Christiaan Huygens (ranked 291 p4p, 294 weight class). Christiaan Huygens will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Santiago Holmes and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kennedy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Huygens defends it nicely.
Huygens scores with the left hand. Kennedy knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Reuben Kennedy has been cut.

Huygens fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kennedy looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Huygens jabs Kennedy to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Kennedy shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Huygens lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Huygens is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Kennedy had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

and Huygens counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Kennedy out cold! What a finish! Huygens is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
