The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Zealot explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Bomstaerk avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
The Zealot bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Bomstaerk really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The Zealot throws a shot from downtown. Bomstaerk moves away and avoids it.
Bomstaerk scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Bomstaerk looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
The Zealot throws a right hand that Bomstaerk ducks under and follows up with a left that Bomstaerk also avoids with ease.

The Zealot tries to sprawl but Bomstaerk drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bomstaerk jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… The Zealot is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by The Zealot and Bomstaerk has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Bomstaerk has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
BOOM! Bomstaerk connects with a massive shot to the dome!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bomstaerk cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The Zealot is rocked!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Bomstaerk is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches The Zealot flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! The Zealot is out cold! Bomstaerk holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
