The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cizek throws a sloppy head kick
and Mesquita counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Cizek!
Mesquita trying to control the action but Cizek is working from the bottom.
Mesquita is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Cizek looks calm but he's in trouble here. Mesquita gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Cizek is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Mesquita lets go of the hold and Cizek can pop his arm back in it's socket.
