Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sedrick Medzihradsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarkko Rautavaara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Ivan Kurochkin and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Medzihradsky takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Rautavaara misses with a body kick.
Rautavaara looks for a takedown but Medzihradsky sprawls well.

Medzihradsky takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Rautavaara drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Rautavaara decides to stand up, so the ref orders Medzihradsky to his feet.

and Rautavaara counters with a three punch combo that has Medzihradsky backing up. Medzihradsky nods at Rautavaara to acknowledge the strikes.

and Rautavaara counters with a leg kick.

Medzihradsky feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Rautavaara manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Medzihradsky manages to get himself to full guard.
