Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Fury (ranked 25273 p4p, 5091 weight class) and Tanjiro Izuku (ranked 737 p4p, 571 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyson Fury!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tanjiro Izuku!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury misses with an uppercut. Izuku saw that one coming.
Izuku scores with a hook to the body. Fury takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Fury lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Fury.
It looks like Tanjiro Izuku has been cut.
Fury connects with a good right hand that stumbles Izuku. Izuku circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Izuku ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Izuku tries to bum rush Fury with a series of wild strikes but Fury uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fury seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Fury looks to score with a jab to the body but Izuku is just out of range.
Izuku bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Izuku scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Izuku just misses with a punch to the body.
A little feinted left hand from Fury on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
A punch lands to the side of Fury 's head but he takes it in his stride.
The fighters circle momentarily. Izuku darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Izuku lands a jab to Fury's midsection.
Fury throws an overhand right that lands on Izuku's shoulder, as Izuku tries to avoid the shot.
Fury waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Izuku.
Izuku misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fury.
Tyson Fury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fury connects with a nice cross there... Izuku is looking wobbly and Fury recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Izuku to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Fury jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Tyson Fury!
After winning the bout, Tyson Fury thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
