Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Micka Slice (ranked 1397 p4p, 1350 weight class) and Dakota Thibodeaux Jr. (ranked 180 p4p, 170 weight class). Slice kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Legend. Thibodeaux Jr. has chosen Rags2Riches as his entrance music. Dakota Thibodeaux Jr. has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Micka Slice's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Micka Slice!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dakota Thibodeaux Jr.!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Steve Montenegro and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice throws a shot from downtown. Thibodeaux Jr. moves away and avoids it.
Nice jab there from Slice.
Thibodeaux Jr. slips a jab from Slice.
Thibodeaux Jr. has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Slice misses with a straight left.
A looping hook to the body misses from Slice. Thibodeaux Jr. does a little dance to reset his feet.
Slice feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Thibodeaux Jr.s jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Good shot there by Slice.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A slow jab from Slice misses its intended target.
Thibodeaux Jr. appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
We've been told by Slice's head coaches at New York Public Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Slice throws a poor cross that misses
and Thibodeaux Jr. counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Micka Slice has been cut.
Slice misses with a double jab
and Thibodeaux Jr. counters with a huge left! Slice is in big trouble! He's backing up but Thibodeaux Jr. isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Slice from any more damage. A dominating finish by Thibodeaux Jr.!
