Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zalt Gaanja (ranked 2926 p4p, 2702 weight class) and Jaco Camden (ranked 388 p4p, 358 weight class). Gaanja comes to the cage accompanied by Nathan Evans - Wellerman. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jaco Camden!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaanja circles away from the clinch attempt
and Gaanja counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Camden tries to clinch up.
Gaanja uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Camden.
Camden misses with a double jab
and Gaanja counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Camden fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Camden throws a right and a left that Gaanja avoids nicely.
Gaanja was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Gaanja misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Camden.
Jaco Camden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Camden closes the distance but Gaanja moves to the side
and Gaanja counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Jaco Camden has been cut.

Camden is looking to score with low kicks.
Camden throws a right hand that Gaanja ducks under and follows up with a left that Gaanja also avoids with ease.

Camden swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gaanja feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Camden sprawling to the canvas! Camden rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Gaanja finish him?!

Camden is rocked!

Camden throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gaanja.
An attempted straight right counter from Gaanja misses the target.
Gaanja drops Camden with a huge uppercut! Camden drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Gaanja is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Zalt Gaanja thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
