Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Badin Becker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renan Zurita (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Becker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Becker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Zurita throws a leg kick but Becker sees it coming and moves out of range.

Becker lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zurita circles away quickly and effectively.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Zurita cracks Becker with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Becker wants to hold on but Zurita pushes him away.
Becker trying desperately to get to his feet.

Becker sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Zurita bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Becker tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Zurita easily slips into full mount!

Becker tries to control Zurita's body but Zurita pushes him off. Becker squirms to his side and now Zurita has his back!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Zurita holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Zurita wants the takedown. Becker is fighting it off but Zurita persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Becker's guard against the cage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Zurita jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Becker walks away with a smile on his face. Zurita gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Zurita throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Becker's waist but Becker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Zurita off to one side.

and Zurita counters with a nice body kick.

Zurita moves out of range as Becker throws a body kick.
Becker throws a head kick that misses.

Becker looks to land a combination but Zurita avoids it well.
Zurita shoots in but no luck this time.

Becker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zurita is controlling him.

Becker is looking to stand up but Zurita won't let him.
Becker stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Zurita swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Becker is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Zurita rushes Becker and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Becker.
Zurita is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Zurita manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Zurita takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Becker tries to lock up and control but Zurita gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
