Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keshawn Evans (ranked 4614 p4p, 5829 weight class) and Lord Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lord Green acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Keshawn Evans!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lord Green!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice inside leg kick there by Green. That's going to slow Evans down.
Lord Green seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Green enables Evans to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Green manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Green trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!

Green working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Evans doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Evans manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Green has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Evans is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Green.

Evans wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Green, who protects the arm well.

Evans decides to stand up, so the ref orders Green to his feet.

Green looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Evans has picked Green up and slammed him! Green can't keep hold of the triangle and Evans manages to pass to side control!

Evans throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Green's waist but Green gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Evans off to one side.
Evans chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Green can pounce on him.

Evans has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
