Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bledge Stevenson!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Francis DeMontford and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Putangina wants to clinch up but Stevenson keeps it at a distance.
Stevenson doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
The fight stays on the outside here - Putangina looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Stevenson misses with a head kick.
Stevenson moves into the clinch.
A short uppercut from Putangina.
Putangina prevents the takedown attempt.
Putangina missing with knees to the body.
Putangina misses with a short punch on the inside.
Putangina lands with a left to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Putangina is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Stevenson is defending well for now.

Stevenson blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Putangina creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Stevenson's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Stevenson drops to his knees and Putangina pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
