The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eibert takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Eibert throws a low kick, looking for McGuire's leg but McGuire calmly moves out of range.
McGuire now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
McGuire throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Eibert tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but McGuire was well out of range. Poor timing from Eibert.
McGuire replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Eibert blocks it well.
McGuire throws a looping overhand right but Eibert ducks down to avoid it.
McGuire just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromEibert.
McGuire has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
McGuire fakes the leg kick and cracks Eibert in the body.
McGuire throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Eibert misses with a low kick.
McGuire let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
McGuire misses with the combination.
Eibert looks to throw a body kick
letting McGuire counter with a right hand.
Eibert misses with a head kick.
That kick from McGuire tenderised Eibert's leg. Eibert is trying to keep his angry face on.
McGuire thows a left - swing and a miss!
McGuire avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
McGuire is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Eibert with a body shot.
Eibert lands a leg kick that knocks McGuire off balance momentarily.

McGuire connects with a body shot.
A nice leg kick lands there from McGuire.

Eibert throws a lazy right hand but McGuire sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Eibert seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. McGuire shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Eibert is backing up but McGuire catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Eibert covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! McGuire Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
