Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beau Canada (ranked 1995 p4p, 2083 weight class) and Butch Frewin (ranked 43 p4p, 70 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Beau Canada!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Butch Frewin!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canada lands the left hand.

Frewin tries to land a front kick but Canada steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Frewin moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Canada definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

We've been informed that Frewin has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Canada is looking to clinch but Frewin is avoiding it.

Frewin does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Butch Frewin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Canada will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

A bone on bone clash there as Frewin blocks the leg kick.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Canada lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Frewin has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Frewin and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Canada goes for a double leg but Frewin avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Frewin continues to drive forward.

It seemed like Frewin was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Canada is rocked!
Frewin creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Canada with a big uppercut! Canada tries to clinch up but Frewin pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Canada to the mat! Canada covers up and Frewin unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
