Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Helen Dale (ranked 5220 p4p, 6204 weight class) and Bro Man (ranked 93 p4p, 99 weight class). Bro Man will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Helen Dale!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bro Man!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Dale.
Dale misses with the combination.

Dale looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Man!
Dale wants to stand but Man has his arm trapped.
Man is trying to get back to his feet.
Dale in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Dale will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dale is chipping away with strikes.
Man is working to avoid the ground and pound but Dale connects with a decent elbow.

Dale stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Man falls off balance throwing a combination

and Dale counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Man!
Man tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dale pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Man looks winded!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dale's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Dale working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Man looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Dale! Submission of the night perhaps?
