Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bucky Barnes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frank Lester!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, David Schapiro and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Barnes lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lester doesn't seem phased though.
Barnes connects with a right hand. Lester shakes it off.
A jab from Barnes misses.
Barnes scores with a nice right hand.
Nice shot lands for Barnes.
Barnes drops Lester with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Lester looks back up at him and smiles so Barnes waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Lester is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lester tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lester gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Lester is still on wobbly legs! Can Barnes finish him?
Barnes lands a nice looking body shot.
Lester seems to have recovered his senses.
Barnes drops Lester with a naaaaasty hook - Lester is in real trouble here! Barnes dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bucky Barnes!
Bucky Barnes decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
