Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lupon Sanchez (ranked 5863 p4p, 6634 weight class) and King May (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sanchez might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Sanchez dives in and scores a takedown into May's guard.
Sanchez scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Sanchez is pushing down on May's leg trying to pass to half guard. May is fighting to maintain full guard but Sanchez has managed to sneak the leg through.
Sanchez looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Sanchez seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sanchez connects with a nice short shot to May's temple.
Sanchez moves into full mount! May won't be happy about that!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sanchez looking to isolate an arm here. May doesn't see it coming and as Sanchez extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Sanchez!
