Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Julian McGavin (ranked 3380 p4p, 4660 weight class) and Mecka Clutch (ranked 201 p4p, 0 weight class). McGavin comes to the cage accompanied by Jersey Shore intro song. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Julian McGavin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mecka Clutch! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clutch misses with a takedown attempt and McGavin counters with a stiff right hand. Clutch fails to land the takedown. McGavin shoots for a takedown but Clutch saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Clutch swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and McGavin counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Still in the clinch, McGavin scores with a nice short uppercut. Clutch wants to take the fight to the mat but McGavin manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Julian McGavin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mecka Clutch. Clutch drops to a knee looking for a takedown but McGavin gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Clutch wants to break free but McGavin has control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McGavin gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Clutch.
Nice elbow from Clutch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clutch has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. McGavin is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. McGavin breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Clutch doesn't succeed with the takedown and McGavin holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Clutch is looking to break free of the clinch but McGavin has double underhooks. McGavin scores with a shot to the side of Clutch's head. McGavin breaks the clinch.
McGavin shoots for a takedown but Clutch saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Clutch with a poor takedown and McGavin moves into the clinch. Clutch working hard to break the clinch. Clutch escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McGavin shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McGavin has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Clutch defend it? McGavin steps over the head and cranks it - Clutch is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for McGavin!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Julian McGavin! Julian McGavin spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
