The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.

I've been told that Hirsch has been drilling his wrestling of late, which has already helped him take this fight to the mat. Let's see how much of an impact it has on the outcome of the ground game.

Bok has his foot on Hirsch's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hirsch works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Bok is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Hirsch is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Bok tries to lock up and control but Hirsch gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Bok is trying to reverse the position but instead Hirsch has taken his back - oops!

Hirsch is not going to allow Bok to sit and survive in this position.

Bok is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Bok tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Hirsch is trying to stick to Bok's back but Bok is turning into Hirsch. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Hirsch's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Bok.

Hirsch looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bok is one step ahead there.
Hirsch is trying to control the position but Bok postures up.

Hirsch is looking for a triangle but Bok pushes his legs off easily.

Bok sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Hirsch doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Bok paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Hirsch - great work!
