Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Devin Brown (ranked 5257 p4p, 23536 weight class) and Sadio Mane (ranked 267 p4p, 342 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Mane's choice of entrance music: The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Devin Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Sadio Mane!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown jabs Mane right on the nose. Mane blinks but takes it well.
Mane should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Brown cracks Mane with a right hand to the side of the head.
Brown stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Mane avoids a punch combination nicely.
Mane feints the counter takedown.
Brown dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mane. That did some damage!
A punch lands to the side of Brown 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Mane throws a body shot but no joy.
Brown with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Mane shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Brown as he jumps to the side.
Brown moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mane gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Mane jumps guard but Brown turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Brown lands with a right to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown can't find room to land a body shot as Mane controls the action.
Mane is working for takedown but Brown is calmly controlling the position for now.
Devin Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sadio Mane.

Brown really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Brown lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Brown misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Brown is looking to control Mane's arms but Mane gets an underhook and turns him. Now Brown has his back to the cage.
Mane tries to pull guard but Brown holds him up against the cage and eventually Mane drops back down to his feet.
Mane manages to break the clinch.
Mane throws a wild body kick that Brown sees coming a mile off.
Brown throws a leg kick which misses Mane's front leg but catches the back leg as Mane tries to avoid it.
Brown is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Mane tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Brown counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Mane is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Brown lands a left and a right that send Mane crashing to the mat, dazed. Brown thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Sadio Mane has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brown lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brown moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Brown scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Brown lands with an uppercut that bounces Mane off the cage and back into range.
Mane is rocked!
Mane misses with a head kick.
Brown lands a leg kick that knocks Mane off balance momentarily.
Brown scores with a nice strike.

Mane dives in for a single leg takedown but Brown sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Mane takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Mane wants to clinch but Brown slips to the side
and Brown counters with a leg kick.
Brown lands a nice looking body shot.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Brown, as that shot connected.
Brown is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Brown lands with a thumping leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mane takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Brown scores with a jab to the body.
Mane shoots in for a double leg but Brown sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Brown throws a counter high kick but Mane was just alert enough to avoid it.
Devin Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown misses with a combination
and Mane counters by clinching up.
Brown pushes Mane back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Brown breaks from the clinch.
Brown lands a head kick!
Brown lands with a kick to the temple. Mane shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Mane is still on wobbly legs! Can Brown finish him?
Mane throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Brown's waist but Brown gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mane off to one side.
Mane seems to have recovered his senses.
Brown misses with a wild combination.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Crunch! Brown slams his shin into Mane's torso.
Mane looks winded!
Mane misses with a takedown
and Brown counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Nice sprawl there from Brown as Mane shoots in.
Brown throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Brown connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Mane misses with a takedown attempt
and Brown counters with a right hand to the body.
Brown lands with a hook. Mane tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Brown lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Mane goes down and covers up as Brown starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Devin Brown!
