Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sun Wukong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Cole Lake!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wukong throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lake.
Lake looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wukong is fending him off so far but Lake persists. Nope, Wukong circles away and we're back to standing.
Wukong went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Lake throws a sloppy head kick
and Wukong counters with a nice uppercut.
Wukong really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Wukong lands a jab-cross combination.
Lake needs to keep his hands up - Wukong had a free shot at his head there.
Lake is rocked!
Wukong throws an overhand right that has Lake reeling! Wukong follows up with more punches and Lake is out cold! This one is all over!
