Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gavin connects with a nice short shot to Danaher's temple.

Gavin seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Danaher is pressing down on Gavin's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Gavin slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gavin has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Danaher working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gavin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gavin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gavin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Danaher has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gavin has managed to get both his arms back between Danaher's legs - danger averted.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
