And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cosmo shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Tomsett utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Cosmo controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Cosmo is looking to stand up but Tomsett won't let him.

Cosmo is trying to control the action in half guard but Tomsett is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Tomsett on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Tomsett tries to get out of the position.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Cosmo in particular looking to stall.
Tomsett might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
