Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tom Ryan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Tequila!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tequila lands a nice shot to the body.
A decent looking cross lands there for Tequila.
It looks like Tom Ryan has been cut.
Tequila jabs Ryan to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Tom Ryan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ryan throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Ryan swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Ryan shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Ryan throws out a leg kick but Tequila moves out of range and Ryan only half commits.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tequila checks a leg kick.
Ryan pivots, looking for a leg kick but Tequila is out of range and Ryan settles back down.
Tequila checks the leg kick nicely there.
Ryan looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Ryan takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Tequila connects with a right hand. Ryan shakes it off.
Tequila feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ryan sprawling to the canvas! Ryan rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Tequila finish him?!
Ryan is rocked!
Tom Ryan's cut is getting worse.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tequila cracks Ryan with a left hook right on the temple and Ryan goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Tequila lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Ryan is OK!
