Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hector LaRue!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaRue fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Vikic sprawls well initially but LaRue persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. LaRue lands a nice short elbow.
LaRue lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
LaRue lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
LaRue is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Vikic is trying to stand back up but LaRue is controlling him
LaRue is nestled in close to Vikic, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Vikic looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
LaRue not doing much here.
LaRue moves into full mount! Vikic won't be happy about that!
Vikic is desperately trying to improve his position but LaRue has a good base and remains in mount.
LaRue lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
LaRue tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vikic is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Vikic is bucking up trying to escape but LaRue cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
LaRue lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Vikic is rocked!

I looks like LaRue might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
LaRue cracks Vikic with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
