Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 49 - 21 - 2, fighting out of New York, Lazuran Riku!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 29 - 0, fighting out of London, Francisco Babyara!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Igor Prikhodko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riku shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Riku loads up on a big right hand but Babyara slips the punch.
Babyara throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Riku lands a leg kick that knocks Babyara off balance momentarily.
Oooooh!!! Babyara has knocked Riku down with a huge combo! Babyara steps away and waves a wobbly Riku back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Riku is rocked!
It looks like Lazuran Riku has been cut.
Babyara is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Riku.
Oh Riku is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Riku throws the left hand but Babyara avoids the punch easily.
Riku seems to have got his legs back now.
Babyara lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Riku is looking to close the distance but Babyara sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Riku crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Riku is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Francisco Babyara!
