Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lenny Kowalski (ranked 416 p4p, 199 weight class) and Mantak Garuda (ranked 58 p4p, 32 weight class). Garuda is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Djiin Djiin. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 23 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lenny Kowalski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 29 - 8 - 1, fighting out of London, Mantak Garuda! The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kowalski swings widly with a right hand
and Garuda counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Lenny Kowalski has been cut. Kowalski goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Kowalski is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Garuda. Kowalski throws a nice outside leg kick. Kowalski throws a lazy uppercut
and Garuda counters with a nice right hand that sends Kowalski toppling to the canvas! Kowalski scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Garuda finish him?!
Kowalski is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kowalski throws a body kick that misses and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Kowalski sizes up Garuda with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Kowalski has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Garuda misses with a kick to the body.
Kowalski goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Kowalski throws a good cross that connects.
Kowalski missing with a left hand there. Garuda was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Kowalski lands a jab to Garuda's midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kowalski misses with a looping right. Garuda fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Kowalski to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Kowalski looks to clinch but Garuda throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Kowalski taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Mantak Garuda! Our winner, Mantak Garuda, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
