Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Goran Dragic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tanner Herro!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herro tries to clinch but Dragic moves out of range.
Dragic swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
A decent looking cross lands there for Herro.
Dragic shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Herro wants to get back to his feet.
Dragic seems to be looking for submissions.
Herro moves into full guard.
Herro keeping moving, preventing Dragic from controlling successfully.
Dragic stands and throws Herro's legs to the side, diving into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dragic prevents Herro from escaping the position.
Herro holds on to Dragic's head and controls the position momentarily.
Herro is looking for a sweep.
Dragic is working to tighten his grip on Herro's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Herro has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Dragic is really squeezing tight and eventually Herro passes out! Dragic breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
