Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Isaia Palamo (ranked 1881 p4p, 2362 weight class) and Pohaku Scott (ranked 254 p4p, 309 weight class). Scott has chosen Ukulele Lady- Arlo Guthrie as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

Scott gets control of Palamo's arms and successfully pulls guard. Scott will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Scott controls Palamo momentarily but Palamo frees himself.

Palamo wants to get up but he can't break Scott's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Palamo content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Scott has locked up a guillotine! Scott's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Palamo is holding on here and Scott must be using up a lot of energy. Palamo has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Scott gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
