Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Roberto Rossi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Guilherme Pereira!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pereira has Rossi up against the cage in a clinch.
Rossi fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Pereira misses with a hook to the ribs.

Rossi scores with a crisp jab that stopped Pereira in his tracks.
It looks like Guilherme Pereira has been cut.
We've been told by Rossi's head coaches at Deathsquad that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Pereira tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rossi defends well and Pereira ends up having to push Rossi into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Pereira bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Pereira wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Rossi, who protects the arm well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pereira has control of Rossi's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Rossi regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Pereira goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Rossi turns into him and now he's in Pereira's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Roberto Rossi will probably get the nod.

Pereira tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pereira has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Pereira thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Rossi is not content to let Pereira control the position.

Pereira swings around for an armbar but Rossi sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Pereira's guard.

Pereira felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Roberto Rossi.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Rossi, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
