Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Larry Rollo (ranked 5075 p4p, 6417 weight class) and Peter Parker (ranked 420 p4p, 470 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Larry Rollo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Peter Parker!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Sano and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rollo gets caught flat footed, as Parker shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Rollo holds on and takes a little breather.
Parker trying to control the position from guard on top but Rollo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Rollo seems keen to control Parker's posture.
Parker postures up and lands a big shot to Rollo's brow.
My spies in Hyperbolic Time Chamber inform me that Parker has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Parker closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Rollo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Parker defends it easily.

Parker feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Parker might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rollo haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
You can see the frustration on Rollo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Rollo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Parker gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Rollo has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Parker doesn't defend quickly enough and Rollo has managed to lock this one up! Can Parker escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Rollo on a fantastic submission victory.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Larry Rollo!
A relieved looking Larry Rollo thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
