Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronny Snow (ranked 4997 p4p, 4711 weight class) and Ronnie Breivik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ronny Snow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ronnie Breivik!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snow fails to land the takedown.
Breivik doesn't manage to clinch there - Snow circles away.
Snow looks for a takedown but Breivik sprawls well.
Snow shoots in looking for a takedown. Breivik tries to sprawl out of it but Snow keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Breivik manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ronny Snow. That's going to take a lot out of him.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Snow shoots in looking for a takedown but Breivik manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Snow's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Breivik gets tackled into the cage by Snow. Snow maintains the clinch.
Breivik tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Snow just stands there and leans against the cage.
Breivik fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Snow tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Snow drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Breivik gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Breivik tries to pull guard but Snow forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Snow escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Snow shoots and misses
and Breivik counters with a nice leg kick.
Breivik wants to clinch.
Snow dives in for a single leg takedown but Breivik sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Breivik fails to pull guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Snow is working for takedown but Breivik is calmly controlling the position for now.
Breivik throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Breivik is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Snow to keep the fight standing.

Breivik drops down looking for an ankle pick but Snow pulls his leg out and moves away.

Snow fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Breivik sprawls well initially but Snow persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Breivik has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Snow after a bit of a struggle.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Snow tries to pull guard but Breivik forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Snow manages to break the clinch.
Snow shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Breivik as he avoids it easily.
Breivik feints the counter takedown.
Snow takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Breivik throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Ronny Snow has been cut.
Snow tries for a takedown but Breivik sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Snow pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Snow slaps away a takedown attempt from Breivik, before circling back to the center of the mat.

No luck for Snow with that takedown attempt.
Snow shoots in looking for a takedown. Breivik tries to sprawl out of it but Snow keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Breivik manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Breivik shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Breivik prevents Snow from improving his position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Breivik is taking a breather. Snow says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Breivik wants to stand up but Snow is controlling the position.
Snow wants to sweep but Breivik has passed to side control!
The referee asks Breivik politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Breivik prefers to stall for the moment though.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Snow is not content to let Breivik control the position.

And that's the end of the fight!
Ronnie Breivik comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Breivik has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
