Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gary McField (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hyury Freire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McField comes into the arena with Foo Fighters - My Hero blaring out of the sound system. Hyury Freire is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Thiago Cunha and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McField gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McField tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Freire wants to get up but he can't break McField's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
McField looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
McField working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Freire doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Freire manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Freire stopping the sweep attempt from McField.

McField looking for a guillotine here but Freire defends easily.
Freire trying to control but McField is working from the bottom.
McField is looking to sinch up a triangle. Freire throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to McField's body to avoid the submission. McField has instead reached around Freire's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! McField arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
