Garcia tries to clinch up but Hardey circles away and keeps his distance.

Garcia shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hardey's guard.

Garcia does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Hardey throws a series of strikes that have Garcia backpedaling.
Hardey closes the distance and clinches up with Garcia, looking for a takedown. Hardey pushes Garcia against the cage but Garcia circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Garcia throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hardey's waist but Hardey gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Garcia off to one side.
