Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ali Dixon (ranked 3026 p4p, 3464 weight class) and Lee Comblin (ranked 396 p4p, 447 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Comblin has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dixon finds it's way round the side to connect with Comblin's head.

It looks like Lee Comblin has been cut.
Comblin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dixon digs a good hook to Comblin's body.
A jab lands there for Dixon.

Comblin takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Comblin misses with a leg kick.
The fighters circle momentarily. Dixon darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Dixon cracks a nice hook into Comblin's ribs.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd cheers as Dixon lands an impressive looking overhand right. Comblin doesn't seem phased though.

That has opened up Lee Comblin's cut even more.
Dixon lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Comblin up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Dixon from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Comblin's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ali Dixon!
