Cullen connects with a single shot there.

Shanikov fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Shanikov throws a right and a left that Cullen avoids nicely.
Shanikov swings for the body but Cullen moves out of range.
Crunch! Shanikov slams his shin into Cullen's torso.
Shanikov's corner calls for a 1-2. Shanikov obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

and Cullen counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Cullen scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cullen is sitting in close to Shanikov's body. Shanikov has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Cullen is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Cullen is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Shanikov.
