This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 5 wins and 0 losses; Lou Gotch! And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 8 losses; Aleksander Kazimierz!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

We've been hearing good reports from Gotch's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Gotch content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Kazimierz has locked up a guillotine! Kazimierz's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Gotch is holding on here and Kazimierz must be using up a lot of energy. Gotch has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Kazimierz gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
