The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Kavanagh and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
D Alessandro misses with an uppercut
and Palermo counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Palermo.
Palermo is trying to pull guard but D Alessandro turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Palermo goes for a takedown attempt but D Alessandro pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Max D Alessandro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
