Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kian Kushiel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tito Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kushiel might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Welsh National Anthem. Kian Kushiel looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kian Kushiel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tito Ortiz! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kushiel doesn't manage to clinch there - Ortiz circles away.

Ortiz looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Ortiz wants to control from the top but Kushiel keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ortiz looking to sit in guard and control but Kushiel gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Ortiz manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ortiz punishing his opponent with strikes. Kushiel tries to reverse the position but Ortiz maintains control. Ortiz breaks from Kushiel's wrist control and lands an elbow. Ortiz wants to control the pace but Kushiel is squirming around nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ortiz is landing with some decent strikes but Kushiel is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Ortiz lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Ortiz punishing his opponent with strikes. Kushiel bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Ortiz looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kushiel is one step ahead there. Kushiel slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Ortiz looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kushiel working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Ortiz is looking to regain half guard here but Kushiel keeps moving and retains side control. Kushiel working the ground and pound. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ortiz is not content to let Kushiel control the position. Kushiel is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Ortiz has escaped the position, nice work there. You can see the frustration on Ortiz's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kushiel stands up and we're back to a striking position. Ortiz misses with an uppercut. Ortiz lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Kushiel shoots and misses and Ortiz counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Kushiel is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Ortiz gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Ortiz tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Kushiel stalls. Kushiel's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ortiz wants to clinch. Ortiz doesn't manage to clinch there - Kushiel circles away.

Ortiz fails miserably with a takedown attempt. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ortiz tries to clinch but Kushiel is having none of it. Kushiel tries to close the distance and clinch but Ortiz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tito Ortiz dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Kushiel clinches up with Ortiz and pushes him back against the cage. Kushiel pulls guard successfully.
Ortiz works over Kushiel with some ground and pound from guard. Ortiz trying to control the position from guard on top but Kushiel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ortiz prevents Kushiel from getting back to his feet. Kushiel has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Ortiz should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Kushiel has tightened it up now! Ortiz should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
