Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sao Alela (ranked 476 p4p, 3316 weight class) and Masada The Zealot (ranked 65 p4p, 363 weight class). Alela comes to the cage accompanied by Cryin' Like a Bitch. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sao Alela!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 39 - 39 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Masada The Zealot!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alela lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
The Zealot misses with a hook. Alela ducked under it nicely.
The Zealot stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Alela.
The Zealot takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
The Zealot takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Alela lands a front kick.
Alela scores with a head kick. The Zealot tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
The Zealot misses with a head kick.
An inside leg kick lands from Alela.
Alela blocks a jab.
Alela feinted with a counter takedown.
Alela with a nice calf kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The crowd cheers as Alela lands an impressive looking overhand right. The Zealot doesn't seem phased though.

The Zealot gets caught flat footed, as Alela shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Alela controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The Zealot avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

The Zealot can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Alela controls the pace.
Alela slips nicely into half guard.
Alela with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Alela wants to free his trapped foot but The Zealot is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Alela has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Alela is going oldschool here, as he tries to force The Zealot to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so The Zealot shrugs it off.

Alela takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Alela misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Alela is looking to work his way around to The Zealot's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.

Alela is working hard here to advance position.
Alela is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. The Zealot can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Alela lands a couple of good shots and The Zealot has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
The Zealot is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Alela is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but The Zealot has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Alela has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, The Zealot has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The Zealot really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Alela. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
