And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Miguel Lopez!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lopez is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Nagibatel's half guard.

Lopez is looking to take a break and control but Nagibatel is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lopez lands a nice short elbow.
Lopez looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nagibatel with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lopez in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Nagibatel tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Lopez!
